We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without prior notice by posting the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of The Universe of Memory services constitutes acceptance of the revised User Agreement.
User Conduct
As a user of The Universe of Memory, you agree to comply with the following rules, including refraining from the following actions:

- Uploading or posting any unauthorized advertising.Uploading, posting, or disclosing any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
- Harassing or stalking anyone.
- Forging titles, headers, or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through The Universe of Memory.
- Falsifying web queries in order to gain access to pages you are not authorized to browse or to perform operations you are not authorized to perform.
- Interfering with The Universe of Memory services, or with servers or networks connected to The Universe of Memory services, or violating any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to The Universe of Memory.
- Using any device, software, or procedure to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper functioning of The Universe of Memory.
- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the network infrastructure of services provided by The Universe of Memory.
- Using The Universe of Memory services in any manner other than as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use.Using any bots, spiders, or other automated device, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any content of The Universe of Memory services.
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting for any commercial purposes any portion of The Universe of Memory services, use of The Universe of Memory services, or access to The Universe of Memory services, unless expressly authorized by The Universe of Memory with proper attribution to The Universe of Memory.
International Use
Given the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to rules regarding appropriate online conduct and the posting of appropriate content. In particular, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Poland or the country in which you reside.
Information Contained on This Website
You understand that by posting materials on The Universe of Memory website, or otherwise providing materials to The Universe of Memory, you grant The Universe of Memory a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use such information in services offered by The Universe of Memory, whether commercial or non-commercial.
You further understand that The Universe of Memory reserves the right to reformat, edit excerpts from, or translate any materials submitted by you. For any information publicly posted or privately transmitted through The Universe of Memory, the sole responsibility lies with the person from whom such content originated, and The Universe of Memory shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in any content.
Communication with The Universe of Memory
In the course of providing services, The Universe of Memory may communicate with you by email (please see our Privacy Policy for more information regarding the terms of communication). You agree to receive emails that are relevant to you / your account and necessary for the normal functioning of The Universe of Memory services. You also agree to the inclusion of your name and/or email address in the header of certain messages you initiate through The Universe of Memory service.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Although we have the right to monitor activity and content associated with The Universe of Memory services, we are not obligated to do so. Because we do not and cannot fully control or actively monitor content, we do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality.
Because community standards vary, and individuals sometimes choose not to comply with our rules and practices, you may be exposed, while using our website, to content that you find offensive or objectionable. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any content on our website.
Indemnification
By accepting these Terms of Use, you hereby release The Universe of Memory, as well as its employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners, from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of: i) your use of The Universe of Memory service; ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through The Universe of Memory; or iii) any other matters relating to The Universe of Memory services.
Any business transactions that may arise between users as a result of using The Universe of Memory services, content, or website are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
You understand and agree that The Universe of Memory may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce these Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of The Universe of Memory, its users, and the public.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that any service provided by The Universe of Memory is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and that The Universe of Memory assumes no responsibility for the timely or proper delivery of services, or for the retention of any information provided by users. The Universe of Memory is not responsible for the accuracy or existence of communications between users. The Universe of Memory expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The Universe of Memory makes no warranty that: (i) The Universe of Memory services will meet your requirements; (ii) The Universe of Memory services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of The Universe of Memory services will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained from The Universe of Memory will meet your expectations; or (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of any The Universe of Memory services are downloaded at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download of such materials.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the user from The Universe of Memory or through services provided by The Universe of Memory shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and The Universe of Memory and govern your use of The Universe of Memory services, superseding any prior agreements between you and The Universe of Memory.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that The Universe of Memory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or other losses (even if The Universe of Memory has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Terms of Sale
Access to certain materials, video materials, and other content of The Universe of Memory is provided for a fee (so-called premium services). Your payment for access to any premium service of The Universe of Memory is subject to the following terms:
Pricing and Installment Plans. The price for any premium services will be made available through The Universe of Memory services at the time of purchase. You may pay for access to Premium services in full at the time of purchase or in accordance with any installment payment plan made available by us.
Repayment of Installment Plans. If you choose an installment payment plan, you hereby authorize us to automatically charge the applicable fee for premium services to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each applicable billing period until all payments have been completed. By choosing an installment payment plan, you agree to maintain current, complete, and accurate information regarding your designated payment method, including all billing information.
Applicable Payment Methods. Only payment methods accepted by us or by our designated payment processors may be used to purchase access to The Universe of Memory services. By placing an order to purchase access to our Premium services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us or our designated payment processors to charge you for the purchase using that method. If your payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, your order may be automatically suspended or canceled. To continue processing your order, you must resolve any issue encountered by us or our designated payment processors.
Refunds. To qualify for a refund, you must submit a refund request through our customer support team ([email protected]) within the applicable time period specified on the sales page for each product and comply with any additional conditionsspecified on the sales page.
No Cancellations. Except as provided in our refund policy, all sales transactions are considered final, and we do not offer any refunds or purchase cancellations. If you choose an installment payment plan, you remain obligated to complete all installment payments.
Non-payment and Self-Suspension of Payments. Failure to make an installment payment related to any of The Universe of Memory services may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to all services. Upon suspension or termination of services, you will no longer have access to your account or any services. To maintain access to your account and all related services, your account and payments must remain current. In accordance with our refund policy, if your account is suspended or terminated due to non-payment, you will not receive any refund. In such a case, only the statutory right to a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase shall apply. Furthermore, no scheduled automatic payment renewals will take place.
Billing Errors. In the event of an error resulting in an incorrect charge, we reserve the right to correct such error and adjust your order accordingly, if necessary (including charging the correct price), or to cancel the order and refund the incorrect amount. In addition, instead of issuing a refund referred to in this paragraph, we may choose to grant you service credit equal to the amount charged to your payment method.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes, customs duties, or other taxes or governmental charges payable in connection with your purchase. If you fail to pay any such sales tax or other tax or charge on a transaction, you shall remain liable for such taxes or charges in the event they are later determined to be due on that sale. The Universe of Memory reserves the right to collect such taxes or charges at the time of payment.
Access to Services. Upon full payment for a premium service advertised as providing “lifetime access,” you will receive access to it for the period during which The Universe of Memory operates the website and your specific product, subject to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to discontinue providing our services and products, whether paid or free, at our sole discretion. If that happens, you will be informed in advance so that you may download the purchased product to your computer, if it was purchased in digital form.
